Strategic goals break into quarterly objectives and key results, each with an owner, a confidence score and a pillar affiliation. This is where ambition meets a date.

Tasks

The actual work, owned, dated, prioritised, with progress notes and supporting assignees. Every task hangs off a key result, so the link to the mission is never lost.
